This year, Oxydo sunglasses co-starred with music at the 2008 TRL Awards, the music event organized and broadcast live by MTV Italy that awards the best videoclips and the most popular artists of the previous year.
The TRL Awards ceremony was held Saturday, May 17 in Piazza del Plebiscito, Naples.
The young fashion brand by Safilo Group, Oxydo has always paid special attention to the world of the young and music: its collection of feisty, fashionable eyewear is aimed at consumers who like to create their own original style with contemporary design and fashion details. The Oxydo logo also appeared on special T-shirts for the event.
There were many stars from the Italian and international music world, including Sonohra, Lost, Finley, Belinda, Max Pezzali, Gianluca Grignani, Too Much Blond, Paolo Meneguzzi, Gianna Nannini, Skin, L’Aura and Piero Pelù.
Also at the evening event were many young faces from the Italian movie scene, such as Alessandra Mastronardi, Ludovico Fremont and Cristiana Capotondi, and the numerous stage-show celebrities included Gigi and Ross, Antonio and Michele.
