The Optotrades corporation intends to definitively clarify its current situation in response to defamatory comments that have been circulating for some time on the optics scene.
The company has been operating for years as a retailer of optical materials and its acknowledged professionalism and expertise has guaranteed its partners numerous administration, IT, professional updating and other services.
In 2007, the company decided to make certain decisive and significant changes to its organization from the point of view of its human resources (personnel, sales agents, management and control bodies, directors) and the capital allocated for funding. This was followed by the rigorous reorganization of its business and reference markets.
Inevitably and predictably, these changes created problems; on the other hand, they have made it possible for Optotrades to prepare an appropriate and realizable development plan to deal with the future, despite a historic moment and, from a commercial aspect at least, one of the most serious national and international scenarios.
The positive effect of these ordinary and extraordinary operations was not even undermined by the serious damage of November 2007, when a fire in the building next to the headquarters completely destroyed the warehouse and administration offices. However, the foundations laid at the beginning of the year have allowed Optotrades to rationally and methodically cope with this additional and unforeseen problem.
Despite this, however, it would appear that there are those who are unable to accept the fact that Optotrades S.p.A. still operates efficiently in the sector and still enjoys the trust of many partners, whether they be clients or suppliers!
For some time now, unsubstantiated rumors have been circulating within the market about the company’s indebtedness, not to mention its imminent bankruptcy, failure to make payments or fulfill contracts and relations with third parties, etc. These are unfounded and fallacious and are deliberately intended to raise doubts to the detriment of Optotrades S.p.A.’s commercial image.
Optotrades will no longer tolerate this situation and announces that whenever opinions of this kind come to its attention it will immediately take all the necessary steps to ensure the restoration of the true facts and will seek compensation for any and all damages sustained.
