During Mido Daniel Swarovski crystal eyewear presented the new sun and vision collections at the Daniel Swarovski Crystal Catwalk.
The stars of the show were the new 2008 sun and vision models and a preview of the sun collection for 2009, “Melange Collection”.
The “Melange Collection” is an elegant line of “jewels for the face” featuring frames illuminated by perfectly cut and hand set Swarovski crystals, which enhance the face without hiding it. Nuances of brown and burgundy and shades of navy and black confer a classical but glamorous style, whereas the white version is the collection’s top model.
Frame shapes are inspired by the elegance of Sixties fashion, with rounded, feminine lenses. As always, the stars of all the models are the Swarovski crystals that light up the eyes with a touch of class and refinement.
The Crystal Catwalk grand finale was the collection of eyewear for brides, “Love & Light”, dedicated to women who want to change the wedding day into the brightest moment of their lives.
