Luxottica Group S.p.A., the world leader for the design, production, distribution and sale of top-range and luxury eyewear, last week confirmed the announced forecasts for 2008 at a conference call with investors and financial analysts.
The conference call provided the financial community with the tools that will give it an understanding of the dynamics of the new group formed by the Luxottica and Oakley merger and focused on the acquisition’s impact on the results of the first semester.
A similar conference call took place in March to present the operation’s various dynamics at business level and in terms of quarterly results.
Luxottica Group S.p.A.’s Annual Report on Form 20F for financial year 2007 will be filed today at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
